1:32 Scale Gauge-1 Flying Scotsman

{short description of image}

For whatever reason neither Accucraft UK or Accucraft (USA) seem to have been interested in providing further publicity images of the Flying Scotsmen other than the very first pre-production effort. If you can forgive the amateur setting and the fact that I did not want to take the model under natural light for fear of being rained on (and hence the various effects of flash toning) by all means have a look at the following images which I hope will provide a slightly better idea of what to expect for the money.

As stated elsewhere there are four versions, two with single chimney representing British Rail in the early 50's (early emblem on tender) and LNER paint as preserved in '75 and then two with the double chimney and smoke deflectors represent BR in the early 60's (late crest on tender) and LNER paint as seen in 2000.
